The registration fee for 5BCC participants includes the following services:

  • transportation from Belgrade to Petnica and back
  • welcome reception
  • accommodation
  • all meals (except gala dinner) and coffee breaks
  • excursion
  • conference material

The registration fee for 5BCC participants does not include the gala dinner. The price of the gala dinner is 30 EUR and will be paid at the registration desk in Petnica.

Then, you can upload your abstract, which will be reviewed

After abstract acceptance you have to pay the suitable fee to confirm your attendance. It is compulsory to pay the fee to attend the conference. Early payments of fees will facilitate and help us with organization of the Conference.

Your payment should be received by us on or before the payment deadline. Bank Wire Transfer and other related fees should be paid by the registrant (please verify carefully during the Wire Transfer payment that all costs are charged to you)

LETTER OF INVITATION

5thBCC will issue letters of invitation to those participants who need such a document. Requests for letters of invitation should be sent to the Organizing Committee 5bb@ibiss.bg.ac.rs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy will be applied for the registration fees.

Cancellations must be sent to the Official 5th BCC (5bcc@ibiss.bg.ac.rs) in writing by the dates specified:

  • Cancellation received before 15th September 2023: 70% refund
  • Cancellation on 15th September and later: no refund
